This Winter Cold Protection upgrade includes insulated packaging and a heat pack* to help reduce exposure to freezing temperatures while your plants are in transit.  

For the best protection during cold weather, we strongly recommend pairing Winter Cold Protection with UPS 2nd Day Air. The less time your live plants spend in transit, the less exposure they have to freezing temperatures and potentially damaging temperature fluctuations.

Important: During periods of extreme winter cold, Winter Cold Protection is required for Live Arrival Guarantee eligibility. Shipping protection helps reduce temperature exposure but cannot guarantee a specific temperature throughout the entire journey.
